Honestly this is the way it should be everywhere. Phone in hand, NO SERVICE. I hate waiting in line behind someone who is taking forever because their talking on the phone ignoring the poor guy behind the counter.

Napster is eventually shut down by a lawsuit filed by the Recording Industry Association of America.
